    Lunch-

    6 in subway sandwich ham and turkey with no cheese, or mayo.  Had to have white bread because they were out of wheat. With baked lays and a water.   

    Dinner- Wings for KFC, and French fries

    Dinner -

    Double meat sonic cheeseburger with mayo, ff, and a coke.

    Grilled Chicken salad with cheese, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, croutons, and light ranch

    Dinner- Pizza, breadsticks, and chicken

    100 cal pack of popcorn

    Dinner-

    Cheeseburger with corn on the cob 93/7 for meat 160 cal 110 for whole wheat bun, fat free cheese for 30 with mustard, pickles and tomato And the corn on the cob had 90 cal.
